Membership in the Foundation is simple. Anyone who pays a $50 annual membership fee, or who contributes an amount greater than the annual fee, is considered a voting member of the Foundation for that year.
What does membership in the Foundation mean?
Your level of membership involvement is up to you. The Foundation Board typically meets on the second Monday of each month as well as for the annual meeting on the fourth Monday in September. At the annual meeting, officers and board members are voted upon and installed as needed. As a Foundation member, you may attend meetings as often as you like and have voting privileges. Your input is invaluable to making the Foundation a success.
The Foundation Board also coordinates fundraisers that require the help of volunteers. As a member, you can provide ideas for fundraising and may be asked to help with fundraising events.
